Healthy Business have partnered with Connect Psych Services – Australasia's premier online counselling provider – to provide organisations with a quality and highly accessible Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Employees will have access to  24/7 confidential one-on-one counselling, as well as psychosocial education and critical incident support, to help them improve their mental health and wellbeing, no matter where they are located.

What's included?
As part of our EAP service, employees will have access to RISE – an online booking and mental health literacy platform, which includes blogs, TED talks, research, and tips.
RISE provides employees with up-to- date content, curated by reputable external authors, which they can access anywhere, anytime, on the one convenient and mobile optimised platform.
Accessibility and modality:
RISE provides 24/7 EAP access to all employees, offering video, voice or live chat options. Employees will be matched to the right practitioner for their needs, regardless of their location. Virtual appointments with ‘best fit’ practitioners can be held within 24-48 hours of a booking
Connect Psych sessions are available from 6am to 11pm (AEST), 7 days a week.
The Connect Psych practice management team can also triage referrals and personally assist with bookings
Connect Psych have over 60 practitioners located across Australia, all with a minimum of three years’ experience and professional training aligning to AHPRA and ACA/PACFA standards.
Connect Psych team of board approved practitioners includes: Â
Psychologists (clinical & general),
Psychotherapists,
Mental Health Nurses, Â
Mental Health Occupational Therapists, and
Mental Health Social Workers.
All practitioners bring industry-relevant experience, understanding and diversity of knowledge. They have a variety of backgrounds, speak a multitude of languages, and are sensitive to cultural differences, skilled in creating structured, therapeutic techniques, sensitive to the individuals needs for the desired outcome. Â Specifically trained CALD, LGBTIQAP+, and adolescent and child mental health practitioners are also available. Â
All practitioners are registered with one of the following professional bodies: AHPRA, AASW and ACA/PACFA. Â
Both male and female practitioners are available, and there is the ability for employees to swap practitioners as preferred.
If an employee has witnessed or experienced a life-threatening event, or any other kind of critical incident, immediate support is available through Connect Psych 24/7.
24/7 digital critical incident response line: An experienced triage and counselling team is available to take a call at any time and provide immediate support.
24/7 face to face critical incident response: Face to face critical incident response is available in the event of a traumatic event occurring in the workplace. Practitioners are located throughout Australia and can be on-site to assist in the recovery process.
