Your health and wellbeing is central to all areas of your life!
The North West HealthCi is a FREE virtual health and wellbeing program to help you make real improvements for life.
The HealthCi mobile app allows you to find out how your health and wellbeing is tracking and if there are any areas that you could use a little extra help with.
The program is available to anyone 18 years and older living in either the 7310, 7315, 7316, or 7320 postcode areas. Get the help you need to make real improvements to your quality of life - all in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Please note: the pilot of the North West HealthCi program concludes in December 2022.

How does it work?
Simply download the HealthCi app and you will get instant access to:
- The Check-in survey â A quick 2â3 minute confidential survey to see how your health and wellbeing is tracking.
- Personalised support â Videos, podcasts, articles, health tips, and even a virtual coach, all to help you on your journey to better health.
- Your local directory â linking you to other services available to you in your area.
Depending on how your health and wellbeing is tracking, you may also be able to access free health coaching sessions. These are done over the phone with a professional health and wellbeing coach and are 100% confidential.
Coaching is available for those needing a little bit of extra support to make real improvements for life.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 years and over living in living in either the 7310, 7315, 7316, or 7320 postcode areas can join the North west HealthCi program.

Information for health professionals
If you would like to refer a patient into the program, you can fill out a referral form and Healthy Business will contact them on your behalf.
Note: referrals for the program are not a requirement. Anyone who is eligible can sign up by downloading and registering on the HealthCi mobile app.
